Memorial Day Getaway

Oh hi friends! I'm slowly getting back to blogging here & there. But first, it's time for a little get away to the lake for Memorial Day weekend to kick off summer.
Hoping that you & yours get to enjoy a little r&r this weekend {& a few skinny girl margaritas-have you had one!? delicious!}. Any of you attending a wedding this weekend? I hope it's on a lakeside estate and filled with lovely little details!

Pink & Purple Flowers

There's a little part of me that has a strong desire to become a floral designer. There's something about a beautiful freshly put together bouquet that makes me so happy.

I am loving the different textures in this bouquet. I have no idea what the various leaves, berries and flowers are called. All I know is that they comprise a stunning bouquet.

Wouldn't this make a stunning arrangement for a bridal shower? But, then again, you wouldn't want to upstage the bride-to-be!
