No More Goodbyes

Almost every Sunday night for the past 3 years we have had to say good-bye. One of us would have to head back to either Indianapolis or Cincinnati after spending the weekend in one of the two cities. But this past Sunday night was different. Sunday night when I watched Chris pull out of the driveway I had a huge smile plastered onto my face. Sunday was the last time that we will ever have to say good-bye to eachother after a fabulous weekend and head off to our separate cities. This coming Sunday we will be married and happy and together. I cannot wait. Blogging this week will probably not so much happen, except for one last final post as a blogging bride-to-be on Thursday before I become a "wifey."
Thank you all so much for your sweet comments/encouragement about our upcoming wedding, they are much appreciated!!

  9. <3 OMG I am so excited for you both. I remember the first weekend I didn't have to leave Landon, it's so refreshing and there's such a feeling of comfort. I absolutely cannot wait to see you both on Friday!!!!

  10. Yeah for no more goodbyes!! Adam and I spent our first 18 months living 6000 miles apart! Our goodbyes broke my heart and took me days to recover from (I dont care how that sounds, its true. I had to say goodbye to my best friend and love and never knew when the next time I would be in his arms was.) When we moved in together, I cried tears of relief after our first week and I realized I didn't have to say goodbye again.

  12. I can't really commment about "no more goodbyes" because I'm worried about your candy bar. I really hope you have it, I need candy. Make sure you get those white gummy bears as well, everyone likes those.

  16. Jessica-
I teared up when I read your last note about you and Chris soon being together. I watched Anne and Josh go through the same experience and now see how much easier it is when you don't have to say goodbye every weekend. May your wedding day be all that you have dreamed of, in spite of one obvious absence. You know that your Daddy will be by your side, not only on Saturday, but throughout the rest of your life. God's blessings See you Saturday!
